Instead of asking users to complete lengthy daily forms, it turns short voice check-ins and meal photos into a simple timeline of symptoms, sleep, stress, treatments, food and Singapore environmental context. The prototype helps users spot patterns worth discussing with a clinician and generate a clearer 7-day summary for care conversations. FlareNote does not diagnose eczema, allergies or infections—it makes patient-reported context easier to capture, understand and share.
